Heather Chow earned her medical degree from Touro University Nevada after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles. Following her passion for pediatrics, Heather completed her pediatric residency at UCSF Fresno in California.
Dr. Chow’s journey in pediatrics is driven by her special interest in promoting good health and well-being of foster youth, adolescents, and newborns. Beyond her medical practice, she has the privilege of mentoring foster youth, offering guidance and support in an effort to make a positive impact in their lives.
Based in Portland, Heather shares her life with her loving husband, sweet baby girl, and two enthusiastic high-fiving dogs. Outside the clinic, she finds joy in baking pies, exploring new restaurants in the city, and immersing herself in the natural beauty of the outdoors through hiking adventures.
