Covid 19 Information

COVID is still present in our community.  Vaccination continues to be the most effective way to fight it, and we strongly recommend that everyone eligible be vaccinated.  We are currently offering COVID vaccines at well checks, offices visits, and nurse only visits.  Please call us to schedule.

Masks are welcome but no longer required. If you or your child is not feeling well, please wear a mask.
